What It Takes To Be A Technician At Doc's

Our techs join the team with knowledge and experience, as they have graduated first from a reputable school that gave them a crucial foundation upon which to build their craft. Once a tech joins the Doc's family, the training doesn't stop there. Every year they undergo more training, whether in-building or away. New techniques and products are developed every year and we strive to not only learn these new items but to go beyond and find a new way to use that product or the next level of that technique. Our techs are always advancing. What does that mean? There are levels of Technicians, beginning at Entry Tech and culminating with Master Tech. We believe that having the best techs in the business means making an investment in them, so we send them to the training they need to move up through the ranks.
